Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. All returns will be issued as store credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following criteria:
- It is in the same condition as received (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
- It is not a final sale or non-returnable item (see below).
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@hugglemax.com to request a return.
If your return is accepted, you may:
- Ship the items back to at your own cost.
- Request a prepaid shipping label (the cost of the label will be deducted from your return total).
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Products purchased from the sale section or with a discount of 35% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@hugglemax.com so we can make it right. You can also find our in-depth damages policy under the FAQ’s section of our website.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to place a new order for the desired item after your return is accepted and processed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit only. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a gift card via email. Original shipping charges as well as return shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us at support@hugglemax.com.
Important Notes
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receiving your order.
